The multisig is custodian today; the DAO is custodian after $FLIP graduates
The 3-of-5 Squads multisig holds the entire 2% fee until the $FLIP token launches on Pump.fun and graduates to Raydium. At that point the community share resumes at 1% and routes into the program-derived community PDA, where every sweep (BUYBURN / STAKER / GRANT / OPS) requires an on-chain vote of $FLIP holders via the Realms DAO. The vault then holds only the 1% maintenance share for ops + infra.
