$FLIP trading live; DAO governance pending Raydium graduation

The community token is live on pump.fun and fees can auto-swap into $FLIP (see /treasury). The Realms Community Token DAO will spin up on Raydium graduation — at that point community_governance rotates from the Squads multisig to the Realms PDA and proposals surface here.

Until graduation, the 3-of-5 Squads multisig remains the custodian of any auto-swept $FLIP balance sitting in the community treasury PDA.
